Terms and conditions:

Car rental‘s rates are set in US Dollars, exclude insurance and 5% tax rates.

All credit cards honored: Via Paypal

Deliver the vehicle in working, clean conditions and with a full fuel tank.

Replace the vehicle in case of damage or accident:
A) The vehicle shall be immediately replaced during office hours.
B) Non-business hours, vehicles shall be replaced within 24 and 72 hours.
C) Vehicle replacement shall be subject to availability.

You are responsible for Fuel, Traffic fines, Tolls, Pick-up and Drop-off charges.

All vehicles are rented at Panama Motor car rental with unlimited mileage.

Vehicles shall be picked up or returned during business hours: Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM. Saturdays from 9 AM to 2 PM.

Panama Motor offers clientele the service to pick-up and drop-off vehicle 24/7, all year long, in which case, they shall be charged with a $35 flat fee for each pick-up or return, on Sundays or holidays.

Tocumen Airport, Albrook Airport, and Howard Airport. Rates will depend on the rental period. Please check with us.

If you wish to extend your rental period, you'll have to let us know 48 hours before the rental period expires, and, a written authorization (4 digit codes) will be issued via email. In case that your vehicle had already been booked in advance by another customer, Panama Motor reserves the right to decline your rental extension.

Rental extensions are eligible for extra discounts. Pls. check with us.

No reservation will be valid without Panama Motor's confirmation via a reservation number. (4 digits code)

Any cancellation of reservations will be penalized with the 15% of the total rental price.

Reservations will be kept only one extra hour after the time of delivery agreed.

In case the vehicle is stolen, vandalized, damaged, or in a fire accident, you must report to the local police first within 48 hours from the time of the accident.

Only authorized drivers and additional drivers authorized by Panama Motor (with valid driver’s license) will be allowed to drive the rented vehicle.

Daily rates cover a 24 hours rental period and a 3 hours timeframe to be returned; otherwise, customers will be charged half a daily rate.

In case the vehicle is returned 7 hours later, customers will be charged a full daily rate.

Baby car seats: $15 per rental period. Mobile Phone: $15 per rental period. No deposit required.

GPS: $55 per rental period. PDA: $15 per rental period. $100 deposit required.
